I believe that death, like birth, is a sacred transition—one that deserves care, presence, and deep respect. My role is to hold space for the dying and their loved ones, offering guidance and support. I honor each person’s unique journey, ensuring they are seen, heard, and cared for in a way that aligns with their values and wishes. Death can be a profound moment of reflection, legacy, and love, and I am here to help navigate it with grace and dignity.
I earned my bachelor's degree at Dartmouth, and eventually built my career as a project manager in tech. But no matter where life has taken me, I’ve always known that my true calling is to be of service. As a young adult I worked closely with children, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the elderly. Now, I volunteer in hospice and serve as a death doula with the goal of bridging structure and heart, helping to create space for both the practical and the deeply human sides of this journey.
I meet each person exactly where they are—whether they seek practical guidance, emotional support, or simply a steady presence. My work is rooted in listening first, offering gentle direction while allowing space for personal choices and needs. I incorporate elements of music therapy, legacy-building, conversation, and physical touch, helping to create a meaningful and peaceful transition. Above all, I believe in honoring life in its entirety, making space for joy, reflection, and closure.
